How should I care for Ro&Glo products?

For our silk blend products, we recommend dry cleaning only. Additionally, to maintain the fabric's quality and the vibrancy of the colors, we advise keeping them away from chemicals such as alcohol, perfume, and hairspray, and protecting them from prolonged direct sunlight and rainwater.

 

When will my order arrive at my address?

Once we receive your order, it will be packaged and shipped within 5 business days at the latest. In case of any delays, the order owner will be notified via email, and details about the new delivery date will be shared. The delivery times of shipping companies may vary depending on the addresses, but generally, the delivery is completed within an average of 3 business days.

How can I return or exchange my Ro&Glo order?

After receiving the products you purchased from the Ro&Glo website, you can return them or exchange them for another product. The legal period for returns and exchanges is 14 days. For return or exchange procedures, we kindly ask you to send an email to hello@roandglo.com, stating your name, order number, and the reason for return/exchange. We will respond to your email within 2 business days and provide detailed information on how to send the product back to us. The returned or exchanged product must be unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged. The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. In the case of a defective product, the return shipping costs will be covered along with the product price. It is the buyer's responsibility to deliver the product to the Ro&Glo center, so we recommend using reliable courier services for shipment. Once the product reaches our center, we will contact you within 2 business days, and if deemed appropriate, the full product price will be refunded. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the bank you work with.
